During Mirel's wedding, the scene where the ring in her hand is shown, passes so quickly that it looks like it was cut, is this a bug or was it done on purpose?

Contrary to other main characters, Mirel has no close up of her finger when the ring is put on. It's added to her full body CG in the scene, and then the "zoom" gets closer to her face in two steps.
