I think the hub auto-marks any game you play for the purposes of... whatever happens on Day 25 and/or 30. I think partly for technical reasons, and partly for "well it would kind of suck to put trigger warnings on stuff and then lock other stuff behind actually completing the triggery stuff" reasons.
In other words: I have no idea either.
