The problem is single, so it is on your side. There are 4 options for solving it:
1. Something is wrong with your operating system. Solution: Reinstall Windows.
2. There is a possibility that you do not have all the drivers installed.
3. Your system is probably blocking the launch of the game. This may be due to the antivirus, or within the system itself. Solution: allow the exe file to run (for example, run as administrator). Also look at the work of the antivirus. Add the folder with the game to the exclusions.
4. Incorrect installation. Solution: Download manually, through the site (not from the itch application). Just unzip and play.
