i feel like ive done everything there is with them, neither have anything to talk about and the hangouts don't change. dunno if im doing something wrong or not
Know this might be horrible for you to try, but someone else mentioned that they couldn't get Kiel either with their old saves, but when trying a fresh new game, they were able to get him and new things they haven't got.
We're looking into why but this might be the solution temporary.
