How to defeat the demoness?
When you first encounter her, your level will be too low for you to defeat her. You can only give up. Later in the game, you'll have a chance to defeat her.
Yeah yeah I lost the first time and went home but now I'm level 46, can I win demoness yet?
She is level 50. She has a weakness against "Light" elemental spells, which will make the battle easier.

Progress in the story through other people and you'll eventually unlock it. Go to barkeep for next mission
