Ritual Race is a lot of fun! It's quick to learn, and really accessible. You just need some d6. Turn actions are well balanced, meaning a lot of strategies work to succeed in summoning your eldritch horror first. The quick game play makes it a great option for party games, or play multiple rounds and try other strategies.
Also, if you don't have 6 miles of table and 12 hrs to play Arkham Horror, the objective here certainly scratches that itch.
