Why is it that there is an Error where it keeps on teleporting me back to The Wasteland? I thought a bug has been fixed?

I was at the Mama's Inn and I keep on choosing Talk to People to earn money. Somehow, an Error appeared and teleported me to the Wasteland.
I thought the bugs has already been fixed 1.2?
