I'll admit a few biases. I'm extremely wary of anything with "Dark Souls" listed as an inspiration or comparison by now. I also don't generally like the ultra-light RPGs, not for mechanical reasons or anything but just because of my personal tastes in RPGs.

That said, this is an ultra-light RPG inspired by Dark Souls. Other than one issue in the actual rules (do you stat with two skills or three? It's listed initially as three, but a passage below suggests two), the game looks mechanically good on paper and wields the few mechanisms it has in a very evocative way.

 Characters are undead who wander around a cursed valley, trying to cling to the faint remnants of their former identities. Getting damaged too much, failing skill checks badly, and other negative ordeals make you lose sight of your former self, and if you lose all hope you become an NPC monster. Theoretically, if you manage to get to the Old Tower, you might undo the curse holding your characters in the valley.

As tends to be the case in lightweight RPGs, though, what actually happens in this tower isn't described and is instead left to the GM. A lot is left to the GM, actually; there's no monsters, no real suggestion of what players might find in the valley, or even barebones ideas for adventures and encounters. While anybody looking at this is probably not going to have a hard time filling in the blanks, I would have liked to see at least some bullet points on the Old Tower.

So, against my biases, I'll say this looks like a pretty good three-page game. But being totally honest, I'd have a hard time justifying playing it over the many similar games that fill that space now, especially given it will require a nontrivial amount of preparation to build up even a good one-shot due to the lack of suggested material in here. Fittingly enough, the skeleton of the game is there and intact. I'd just like to know more about the setting since the game clearly leans heavily on it's core themes, which are heavily dependent on that setting.
