Hi, have you tried to extract it with WinRar or 7Zip? Someone else had the same problem when using a different tool. Also make sure to extract it, not just open it from the archive.
If that doesn't help, can you enter "%APPDATA%\..\LocalLow" in the windows search, hit enter and go to the DragonfieldGame/Dragonfield folder, there should be a file called Player.log that probably contains info on why it crashes. Tell me if you can find one!
