need to be on the discouraged route aka the dom logan routeas if you encouraged him to go to bandit camp is power bottom route
1 . discourage him in bandit event and go after him in fullmoon event
2. in "owe you beer" dont have sex with him
3. and the 3rd you can get after swamp werewolf event as i remember
