May I mod the game to have my own oc in it? If so I have a question

You may, you just need to replace the art in the img/pictures with yours.

Ah okay, though is there a way to change the layers of the armors? Cause Ive been trying to get the sweater above the pants, though I dont know how modify it in the js / json files

Yeah I've set the crotch armors to be on top of the chest armor for some reason, so I guess you could just switch em around (Wear pants on chest slot lol) .
