Hey there, I wasn’t aware of mac being a lot more special, but sadly I can’t create a functional build from my devices (I only got windows over here). So sad to tell you that it won’t be available over on mac :(.
there are tools like Wine which lets you convert .exe files into .app files if you are willing to spare the effort.
I found out, that users can make it work by opening their terminal and typing in
chmod -R 777 [pathtofile].app
