Thanks for the comment and suggestions! So the nurse and her daughter will make an appearance every day in the game. I do plan on adding more interactions with Kana and the nurse in school, some of which is already in progress for Day 3. As for some of the behavioral mechanics you are suggesting, this is very interesting but I'm not sure if I will be able to make their interactions that in depth. This being still my first (and somewhat large) game project, I plan to still keep it a pseudo-kinetic visual novel with player choices that will affect some scenes, with the main one being the ending scene. The only choices that are currently being tracked are ones with the Angel and Devil emojis.
For your other question on the Ichika Train Station scene. The choice you selected at the beginning "encourage masochism (Good)" or "deny masochism (Bad)" is the choice that is recorded and saved. In phase 4 of the vibrator climax scene, I added the option for the paddle punishment just so players could see both scenes in one run-through. I did not do the reverse since I couldn't find a good way to transition from Paddle scene -> vibrator scene, but vibrator scene -> Paddle scene was the more feasible option to implement since it didn't require generating more assets or significant code changes.
