Hi, this is the first time an user report this, never had a problem with the English language. It's probably your phone.
I know some users had this kind of issue, at that moment I google the solution, I can't really find it now, but I remember it could be several things.
Like not having admin perms, or having the game in a path/folder with strange/not english characters, or something about the video card, forcing you to launch the game pressing some button to change the rendering method.
