For reference the tags I found were SKILLDEVOURSPIRIT and SKILLDEVOURSPIRITDESCRIPT, while the tags on the skill itself are SKILLDEVOUR and SKILLDEVOURDESCRIPT.Through testing the skill I haven't noticed it actually restore MP though.
