I have the same problem. With this pack here and the other (farm) from the bundle (Tiny Wonder Sale) I can only download the free files.
I think it could be the itchio issue. If you email me at butterishmilk@gmail.com mentioning the email you paid with (or the one connected to your itchio account), I will send you a voucher code to claim the packs after checking the records!
