Straight from the Discord, Komisari said yesterday, "HHG will probably only have 3 chapters." Considering only the prologue is finished, and Chapter 1 will be 0.1.3, the game is very much not dead, just slow in development. 

If you mean the game is boring or not interesting, your mileage may vary, but it's got more story and character development than most H-games. I'll take it, thanks. 

Well, on patreon, the last update that Komisari left there, was in March, where he did said that he are much more active on twitter. On twitter, all we get are a few random pictures from the game, noting exciting. The actual game version has been released on late 2020, and we are now getting on late 2022 and no 1.3 version yet. I feel for those who have been paying patreon for that long time :(

some assume that because there hasnt been an update in nearly 2 years, but they also clearly aren't paying attention to the discord server, he posts most of the sneak peaks there, quite frequently i might add
