I can't start the game.... gives an error "the program has stopped working"another princess is in our castle" .I tried as administrator, just open, no way. please tell me how to start the game :-(

the laptop is weak, but games like assassin's creed pulls. I start the game, the cursor from the game is visible, but the screen is black

Idk what it could be... Did you try reinstalling it? The game starts with a fade in on the main menu, but I'm not sure what causes the black screen to not fade away
