We know that the items can get stuck but we couldn't fix it within game jam times because as you said: construct 3 is PAIN. It's good that you mention the collision box issue though, as that wasn't on our radar.
One of my teammates said they hope they can further update the game so maybe it will get fixed :3
We are sad about the hard bass too, but Autumn / Ali will be working on the game later today to add a "toggle trailer accuracy mode" so that you can enjoy the game with great music to accompany it.
