Just checked your game files and you have openxr:

\\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\OpenXR\win64\openxr_loader.dll

*Yep, it's that, just tested and deleting the OpenXR dll fixes the issue. Can't see any immediate issues so presume it's not being used, pretty sure that library is specifically VR/AR related too.

Hah, think I edited my comment to say exactly that at the same time you replied. Yes that fixes it and doesn't seem to cause any issue with the game so I presume it wasn't actually being used, although obviously I haven't tested extensively.

Same here, wouldn't launch except as a background process until I deleted the file in question.
