Good afternoon.

I couldn't find the game's ISO to allow burning the game to cd, to play the game directly from the console, is it possible?

It's not possible, as this isn't a game running in a PSX emulator, but it runs in Unreal Engine.

It's like shovel knight. It has a realistic style of the console but it wouldn't be able to actually run on a real console without some major modifications and tricks.

It is possible, and I know someone who is actively trying to work this into a PS1 SDK. He's optimistic, but says that if it doesn't work, he may just end up having to use PS2 SDK instead.

I'm gonna press X to doubt on this one buddy. It's an unreal engine 4 game at it's core.
