just a couple of questions if there is fetishes like cheating ntr and what not will it be avoidable and what fetishes are in the game as of this time
All content such as NTR will be avoidable if you don't like it. You won't have to go through it to advance in the main story.
This is just the first version of the game, so for now there is only voyeurism as it is. The next update will bring a lot more content.
