A Hints page has been put together on the FoF site at:

http://fulosus.tempysart.com/hints-fox-hound-reichardt-rhapsody/

which gives a hint to the puzzle, and then a stronger hint if wanted. More will be added if needed by people.

Ah! Thanks! It is a bit off putting though, with the three lights I mistook it that for the number is correct and in the correct position that light bulb represents.

No problem. It's a fairly old style of puzzle and maybe need to think about having them a bit more explained at times in the future.
