(I am now in a rush to test as many games as possible to help, so please do not mind the cursory reviewing style.)
Semi-on-the-fly remarks:
So much darkness it is hard to get your head horizontal at the beginning!!
Controls are QWERTY-only instead of layout-independent (I have an AZERTY keyboard), BUT arrow keys are enabled. Notice this is really troublesome here, since the Q key is for exiting!
Bug: you can use (ie click on) the charging points from afar.
Scream took me by surprise! :o XD
You can still play after game over! Oh, or are we in a little box to prevent this?
Spoiler: found a number randomly, by chance, using the phone! :)
WOW, died again!! <:o But this is way too hard to get when to use the phone, to see the enemy…
Also, we move super fast, even without running; I feel the overall pace of the game is too fast.
Caught again, just before a number… ._. I get a feeling the game is WAY too hard. :( I would like to be able to find the code and exit, but I hardly have the time to get anything serious done; at most, some exploration and finding one number. Never even really noticed the enemy on the phone before it got to me; the thing is so sudden (and fast?)!
Big playability problem is that with arrow keys (which I use because of my AZERTY), it is too hard to use both the Space bar and the mouse at the same time, while I would like to almost constantly lighten my way to see better… ._.
Takeaway: I think there are some hurdles that hinder the player too much (lighting, possibly controls, super fast one-shotting enemy…); otherwise, I like the concept. It reminds me just a bit of "SCP: Containment Breach", through the idea of escaping a lab (not sure if the other game needs a code to exit, though!). Theme is used in a classic way (horror game). Graphics hard to tell with the darkness XD, but felt fair; audio seems rather good too.
You need to nerf the enemy and possibly help the player a bit more, and the game will get reasonably playable! It LOOKS fun. :)
