Hello!! This is a first for sure 😱 We had an issue with the Mac port from another player, something similar to what you are experiencing. In that situation, the main problem was our image files being too big for that Mac version. It may be the same for you, but I'm not sure 😅 We have never seen it happen with PC before, so I don't know what could be the problem, however! I'll make sure to check the files and update them in case there is a bug in the codes 🙏
