Please try: Unzipping while in the Japanese system locale. Go to: Time & language -> Language & region -> Administratie language settings -> Change system locale -> Japanese (Japan) -> restart
Then unzip the folder and Finished!
Repeat the language locale to change back to English, then enjoy.
