how do i unlock the cheerleading section and how do I lower Rose she is currently at 73 and I can't seem too lower her anymore.

is there a specific order too unlock cheerleading corruptions??
As I seem to go through the corruptions more or less as they are unlocked for Alicia to have fun with, but then i seem too be on a loop off being able to do nothing for Aura's IRL corruption, are her corruptions linked too both worlds? I.e completing certain questions unlock options for IRL corruptions??
had another check and Alicia is stuck she cannot influence anymore, I have done the following alterations too Aura
Surface relationship room: inserted Alicia in all slots she can and lowered Rose's relationship as far as the switch will let me readings are Alicia -41 and Rose 73
Happiness Room: turned on Estrangement drain, Socializing and Popularity are both at two, max Happiness level is 3 (Currently 2/3)
Appearance Room: smashed glasses, changed her hair and done first outfit change (Shoes are lv 1)
Interests Room unchanged are the book she likes with Rose and TV no interest in cheerleading. everything else is changed with Fashion at Lv 2

Are you sure you have interacted with everything you can in the mindscape? It's worth checking it again because there are one or two that aren't totally obvious. Also some of the changes in the mindscape need multiple days to pass for their effects to take hold and cause events in the real world which will in turn unlock new actions in the mindscape.
The first room on the left where you can change Aura's disposition towards people, you can insert Alicia into various relationships, but also after a while you can swap Alicia higher up those relationship by interacting with the other person on the platforms. So in that case you need to interact with rose to switch her with Alicia. That's probably the least obvious because there is a time delay before that interaction becomes available and nothing directs you to do it. But it's worth checking everything - the bin in the knowledge room, the computer in the knowledge room, the thing in the bottom left of the knowledge room, all the platforms in the interests room, all the objects in the appearance room.
Assuming you have let a decent number of days pass without anything seeming to progress then there is something in the mindscape you have missed, so it's worth combing back over.
