is there a way to prevent side effects from the berserk medicine Elise gives you?

I never used it a lot since i only play in DOOM mode and the only time i tried it i almost died because i kept losing stamina and food after using it. Is there a complete list of what it does and possible ways to prevent those things? Or is it just a nuke that makes you almost dead?

Berserk medicine? I have not played that quest.

If i recall correctly is in a quest where you bring Lisa to Elisa so that he can cure her, and Elisa doesn't ask for payment, but wants you to try that thing. There are also some dialogues from some NPCs who i don't remember where they say that medicine's name

Berserk medicine is a one time item only, you can't get it twice in one rebirth as of right now, its almost a joke item.

I know but on the DOOM Mode All Quests Run i'm doing it may be crucial, because it basically lets me complete a mission that may kill me without problems, that's why i wanted a way to be sure to survive after i use it.

looking at the configs folder... This medicine will...
Will maximize drug addiction = You can't cure this normally as far as i know, but elise can.
Max Defecation = Just shit
Max Urination = Just piss
Max Lactation = harmless at most cases, should go away over time.
Max Puke+Sick = idk? but Blue Potion will cure 80% of this problem.
Max Arousal = Just masturbate

there will also be a confusion hit because of Drug addiction kicking in, i dont think you can cure that, just leave the map or sleep, it goes away when map updates.

Yea this config seems like a joke item to me, use it only for humor.

Hmm thank you now at least i know exactly what it does. This may possibly be the most important item in my run
