certain vids won’t play. They play in VLC on the laptop.

tried renaming and re downloading to no avail. Also tried downloading a different size of the vid. 

it just freezes when I try to play them. I click others then they’ll play, then try again and still it does nothing. 

Any suggestions?

On a Quest 2 btw

HereSphere uses ExoPlayer as the video player backend. It doesn't support some formats, like 10bit h264 videos, Dolby Audio, etc. Do you have the video details, like video and audio codec, resolution, and bit depth?
