That's true, piracy is inevitable and I think it doesn't harm that much the content creators. The problem is the piracy market for erogames like this one is really strong so eroge devs are the ones who suffer the most, since there is a lot of people playing for the sexual content and they don't care for the effort that was put into the process of making the game.
