Oh man, good catch. Thankfully, that's really the end of that path, anyway, so you didn't miss any material. I patched it for the new upload, but if you were one of the first downloads, you'll need to exit out manually if you choose that ending. That path is: select top dialogue when Liz asks if you're ok, and then bottom choice when Tamara asks if you're going to quit. All the other endings should exit automatically.
