The most reasonable assumption is the mod would be ashamed to admit the message aloud. Typically these are racist opinions. Mods are white supremacists
I mean, supporting Palestine itself, being a terrorist government is its own problem. But if you want to go the apolitical route you either have to allow everything or disallow everything. They clearly allow some but not others therefore, not apolitical. There's nothing controversial about Israel and suggesting there is something controversial is generally an antisemitic take. So now I have to guess that you too, are probably antisemitic.
