That room will unlock later on in the story.
Cheat codes are not needed but there are some available for our supporters.

It should be in the map where Renpy save files are stored. (file manager: /android/data/gamename)
Some phones won't allow changes without changing settings, maybe even needing 3rd party apps.

For PC: C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Lewd Town Adventures
