And i finished 0.2 Should i play 0.3 or play 0.4?

because at the end of the story thay told me that it will continue in 0.4 so why there is 0.3?

you can either download 0.3 and play it now or wait 'til september 3rd and play 0.4

v0.3 continues after the end of v0.2 and v0.4 will continue after the end of v0.3
