How on earth do I start the dead girl's score quest? I've got the piano tuned but can't play any music on it.

the prerequisites for dead girl's score are:
— everything up to Tour de School
— Fully Booked
— Nothing Wrong With Me

Knew I shouldn't have done Ley of the Land... oh well, thanks!

i do all of the quest but i'm stuck i can't play the music
