I believe it is. Not to mention MBML directly advertising Eternum in the latter chapters. Some of the creators are friends and acknowledge each others' works. One of em said so but I forgot who it is exactly. You can find cameos and references in other games as well. I think I found these cameos and references in like 4-5 different games already.
