What were the errors that you got?
This is because there are two copies of the Newtonsoft.Json.dll file. Try navigating to the Assets/MultiplayerBattleWizards/Photon Unity Networking/Editor/PhotonNetwork/Newtonsoft.Json.dll file and deleting the Newtonsoft.Json.dll file.
