Yes sorry I didn't mention it was the app version 😂 I did full uninstall/reinstall the first time, and 2nd n 3rd. Another user asked what phone I use so maybe my phone is crummy. Even so I may hang on to the game until the day I get a better phone. TY for the detailed response!!
