First, I finished noriko's then I stopped playing since the update for asami is not yet released,

Yes, it will have an impact.
I understand you have version 0.4.91?
The next version (0.5.2) contains only the love path for Yasuka,
and to be able to do it some prerequisites are needed.
One of them is:
You need to select ''I don't think that's a good idea.'' option at the start on the game to have the possibility of ''sleeping'' with Yasuka at night.
So, since you did not select this, your current save will be useless when imported into 0.5.2
