And What about his lines where he talks like a psycho about how great it is that might makes right in Eternum? That's not an act, he was being a sadist and Calypso threw the words back at him. Luna's pop aint that guy. He makes morbid jokes but not thrives on inflicting pain.
You can't change you appearance in Eternum. Only change clothes. So if thanatos has red eyes, is her father wearing contacts all the time? IDK about that.
