Can anybody explain how to how to have dialogue to ayano and how to recuit member??? Im stuck on this thing.

in the dialog options for a random NPC, there will be an 'invitations' section where you will have the option to try and recruit a club member if you've gotten that far with Ayano. If you don't see this then try talking to the student council head. Now I don't remember exactly how that all plays but that should get you started in the right direction.
