I played through the easy mode, pretty solid platformer. My biggest gripe is that using water projectiles doesn't feel worth doing since it costs life. This renders the gameplay pretty basic.
I'm glad you liked it, and the water projectiles were a little difficult to balance so i left it to be an optional mechanic in most cases.
