Nope, no matter what Barracks are blanked out so I can't access it. Also, the intro line hasn't updated to show that quests will be in Quest Log and still tells people to go to the Journal
Cancel that. Just noticed that the Barracks are now in the Journal. Something to point that out would probably be for the best.
