As for other Locations Milk Farm, just travel to New-Ark, and Abandoned Town, back to back same to the Deserted Base, and lastly Transylvania, you need to get a Key from Cassie's Safehouse, in a Chest second floor to get into the Forest, find a Succubes yelping in pleasure and help her, she would then tell you where to Locate her.
