This was a great game, a fairly difficult one as well (under 350 deaths still, even when doing bosses no ability). Actually did some attempts of the boss rush, current record is the 2nd miniboss rush with the broken ability.
Oh yeah, I am wondering where the world 2 and 4 boss themes come from, and I am surprised you managed to find a really good Through the Fire and Flames midi!
Edit: What would be the canon name of the world 2 mid-boss, if one were to be given....
