I really enjoyed this, despite a few flaws. The rules aren't quite explained at the start. Some things I think I've figured out include:

  • The symbols that appear at the top indicate you've found all of those symbols that exist.
  • Completely correct guesses lock in and cannot be changed.
  • If you get one correct and one wrong/close, it doesn't lock.
  • All squares need to be filled to win.
  • If you've got a square that's correct, and put the same symbol adjacent to it, it still marks that as yellow. It's only subtle, but fairly important as it's misleading. I'd prefer for it to internally remove all the correct guesses before marking adjacents, like Wordle does.

I found to presentation to be reasonably good, but the font is hard to read. Given how important the rules are to the gameplay, I'd have liked the text to be a little easier to read!

I love the way correct guesses are locked, and that you can't select symbols that are completely found. Both great quality-of-life enhancements.

The music is fitting, but I'd still like to be able to turn it off!

Very minor niggle, but the "correct" ping and the "incorrect" ping feel the wrong way round to me.

Another minor niggle, but you can run off the bottom of the guess history on the harder levels. Maybe add a drag-to-scroll control? Edit: Just realised you can scroll this with the mouse wheel but it's really slow!

Love the way the difficulty is increased. More symbols, bigger grids, even more symbols.

It's quite difficult, even at the lower levels. I love that there's no failure though.

Might have been easier (and you could turn this on/off for another difficulty level) to give totals for each symbol.

Overall, a really fun game. Well done for making it in the strictest time limit.

Thank you for all of the suggestions! We are planning to develop the game further, so they will be extremely helpful.
