I usually don't mind this. I just enjoy playing the game and fighting with them. Sometimes I also nod to the others, but in a minute, I probably will continue playing "without emotion". Because I think that maybe some players just enjoy playing like me, they don't want to waste much time to "be friendly". Try your best to fight with them, maybe that is the best respect for all of you.
