Perhapps it could be a Lemon citrine and not just a citrine or perhapps it could actually be crystalized lemon! (yes you can crystalize lemons).

In fact - many of us gemstone people, tend to call it 'Lemon quartz' and - depending on if it's treated (artifically produced) or not -  'yellow/lemon/heated amethyst'. (fun fact: citrine really is just a heated and pressurized amethyst. - When the iron oxidizes in an amethyst - it turns into a citrine)

And Citrine gets its name from the Citron fruit - which literally IS a european 'Lemon'.

TL/DR: The translator is Not Wrong by calling it a Lemon because Its name is, by all means, literally - Lemon.  And Lemon quarts, or Lemon citrine, is what we call a pure, light-yellow citrine gemstone and they are extremely rare.

Also I know you're probably trying to sound endearing by using "my dear", but your entire comment comes off as quite condescending towards people who don't have english as their first language, polish people specifically. Like, you can come with suggestions on how to improve the translations and provide corrections, but don't just go off and make rants about their english - that is just rude and unhelpful.
