Sorry to break it to you friend, but Gacha Neon is an Android and PC only game. The creators haven't yet ported it to iOS. They could port it some time soon, but I don't know.
The mod is only out for PC and Android, there won't be a version out for Apple anytime soon and the creator isn't working on the mod anymore.
