Can't seem to get the paper cups to work. Tried every time of day, weekends and weekdays, spam clicked all over the counter and at the food bar. No dice
I can't remember the exact time of day. It was either noon or afternoon I'm pretty sure. It's the "sand" section of the beach, not the food counter. You'll see 2 lounge chairs, then two drink machines on the counter behind them and 2 girls standing near talking just to the left of the stand when it's the right time.
